PROBLEM
A strong team of coaches needed a clearer way to communicate their expertise.
City Sports Club had a talented team of personal trainers and a diverse range of training programs, but there wasn’t a clear visual system for communicating each trainer’s specialties, credentials, and areas of focus. Without an easy way to distinguish one trainer from another, members had to rely on general information rather than quickly understanding who was best suited to their goals.
SOLUTION
A visual trainer system made each coach easy to identify and their expertise easy to understand.
I designed a set of trainer badges to create quick visual identification throughout the gym, paired with individual bios that give members a deeper look into each coach’s background, credentials, strengths, and areas of expertise. Together, the system creates a consistent and approachable way for members to recognize trainers and find the right fit for their goals.
